Phil has been immersed in youth ministry
for the past 24 years, both as a full-time youth pastor, and
as a committed volunteer, and has made significant contributions

and international levels.

Phil is a marathon runner and an Edmonton
Oilers fan(atic!) who enjoys reality shows, pens of all kinds
and cereal. Phil lives just outside Vancouver, BC with his
wife Kay, their two teenaged daughters, and their two pugs.
